Office Assistant

We are looking for a service-minded and positive person that enjoys taking care of a game studio as well as 30+ game developers. Your tasks will be varied with everything between helping us run a nice and tidy office, welcome new employees, organize events, while also helping with office tasks.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Organize, improve and maintain the office environment to provide a  welcoming atmosphere in the studio.

  • Efficiently manage our stock of food, beverages, and office supplies, and take the lead in reordering to maintain seamless operations.

  • Arranging fruit, candy, drinks, and other snacks, making it a positive workplace experience.

  • Helping out with administrative tasks using various office software. 

  • Oversight of meeting rooms - picking up leftover coffee mugs, and ensuring necessary items are replenished for optimal functionality.

  • Playing a pivotal role in the onboarding process for new colleagues, helping them seamlessly integrate into our office environment.

  • Be the point of contact for supplier management, handling orders, and ensuring smooth communication with our vendors.

  • Planning and executing company events and social functions

Who are you:

  • Self-driven and adept at structuring and prioritizing daily tasks for maximum productivity. Seeing what is needed before some

  • Full professional proficiency in English since we’re an international company.

  • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, demonstrating flexibility to meet the demands of our workplace.

  • Experience with MS Office or Google Suite (docs, Sheet, Slides) is a plus. 

 

The role is set up for 20/week. The working hours are somewhere between 9:00 and 14:00, but we are flexible. 

 

In this role, you will be reporting directly to our CEO.

Finance & Business Analyst
(Parttime)

We are looking for a part-time Finance & Business Analyst to help us strengthen our finance function and create a better overview of our business.
You'll work closely with our CEO and the leadership team to support financial reporting, forecasting and business analysis. The role combines traditional finance tasks with data analysis and process improvement, making it a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both numbers and business.
This position is well suited for a university student, for example from CBS, who is interested in gaining practical experience within finance and business analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and reconciling monthly revenue from platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and other partners.

  • Preparing monthly financial reports and dashboards.

  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

  • Building and maintaining financial models.

  • Developing business intelligence dashboards and KPI reporting, including DLC sales, platform performance, revenue trends, player acquisition and wishlist conversion.

  • Working with the leadership team to analyse financial data and support business decisions.

  • Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes using Excel, Power Query, AI tools or similar technologies.

  • Improving financial reporting and internal processes.

  • Supporting various ad hoc finance and business projects.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:

  • Is currently studying Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a similar field.

  • Has an interest in games and wants to gain practical experience working in a game studio navigating creative products and business logic.

  • Has strong analytical skills and enjoys working with numbers.

  • Has an interest in automation and AI tools.

  • Works independently and takes ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well with others.

     

About the role
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team.
We don't currently have a CFO, so you'll have the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of financial and business-related tasks. Our finance processes are already well established, but we are continuously working to improve our reporting, forecasting and internal decision-making.
The position is expected to be 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around your studies.
